Quick & Easy Creative Escape: Art for Mental Health
Welcome to BETTER WITH ART, your encouraging place for reclaiming creativity and practicing creative self-care with simple and affordable art prompts. For this week’s small-art activity prompt, all you need is some paper and fine tip markers or pens to create soothing, spiral-inspired designs. Join me for a few minutes of creativity, perfect for those busy days when you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with your creativity. Remember, it’s not about perfection, but the joy and mental health benefits of the process. Let’s make some art together!

Materials
For color I love my Sharpies, but this week’s Amazon Basics fine tip permanent markers are also good, though I’m not as fond of all of the colors in this set.
Although not all BETTER WITH ART therapeutic art activities will be done on paper or in an art journal, quite a few will be. If you’re interested in the best art journal for my wet, dry, and layered applications, here are more details I keep updating, as the journal I always recommended is no longer available.
If you use any of my Amazon links and make a qualifying purchase, I will make a small commission as an Amazon associate. This does not affect your price, but allows you to support my channel with your new art supplies. So, thanks so much if you do!
