Creating Calm: The Power of Simple Neurographic Lines
Welcome to BETTER WITH ART! All you need is a pen and some paper for one of my favorite stress-relief creative self-care activities I’m sharing in this video. It’s no-pressure perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or just depleted. So take a moment for yourself, and let this simple yet powerful practice bring you peace and balance.
Take time to make art. It’s not a waste of time. Because we’re BETTER WITH ART.
Materials
This week I’m using a black Sharpie in my large Dylusions creative journal.
Although not all BETTER WITH ART therapeutic art activities on this new channel will be done in art art journal, quite a few will be. If you’re interested in the best for my wet, dry, and layered applications, here are details I keep updating, as the journal I always recommended is no longer available.
If you use any of my Amazon links and make a qualifying purchase, I will make a small commission as an Amazon associate. This does not affect your price, but allows you to support my channel with your new art supplies. So, thanks so much if you do! You can learn more to the right and below.
If you’d like to see more of more art materials I use that are available on Amazon, you can check out my slowly growing Storefront here.
